Mission
We seek to build and sustains local capacity of marginalized and vulnerable communities to participate strongly in fighting against the root causes of poverty through sustainable economic and development while protecting the environment and human rights, reducing social injustice and promoting national and acceptance of diversity.

Stakeholders CIDA’s primary stakeholders are organizations program beneficiaries who are; women, children, the youth and men. Our secondary stakeholders are local community leadership and government institutions that we work closely with, Faith based organizations, other non-governmental organizations and the partners/donors to our programs. Strategy and structure CIDA envisages championing community empowerment as a powerful tool and delivery mechanism for community resilience and adaptability. CIDA structures its interventions around strong community structures to create a long-lasting impact in her interventions.
